Promoting Sustainable Performance: diagnostic for SME development
Do you want your Business to grow?
Growing your SME depends on many different elements. Understanding which of these are key for your business can be challenging. To help you with this question, we have developed an SME diagnostic, which also gives you a free report.
We therefore invite owners and senior managers in SMEs to complete our diagnostic. From this Birmingham City University will collect data to examine SME growth. You and your firm will benefit from;
- An opportunity to think holistically about your business and its strategic development
- A diagnostic analysis based on your data identifying potential opportunities and barriers within your business
The diagnostic takes 20-30 minutes. It can be completed over a number of sittings, with your response open for 1 month. You can stop at any point in the process and pick up again later by following the URL from the same machine or device. All data is treated as confidential.
